Jeong-Su Kim is Assistant Professor at the Department of Nutrition, Food and Exercise Sciences at The Florida State University. He is also an affiliate faculty member of ‘Center for Advancing Exercise and Nutrition Research on Aging’ and ‘the Pepper Institute’ at The Florida State University. He has completed four years of training as a postdoctoral fellow and a research associate in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, School of Medicine, the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), AL. He has received a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH (2002) after completed his M.S. from Ball State University, Muncie, IN (1998) He received a number of awards including COFRS Award and First Year Assistant Professor Award from The Florida State University and two Career Enhancement Awards from UAB. He is serving as an editorial board member of two journals and reviewer of eight journals.
