Biography

JUNGHOON (JAY) LEE has done his Ph.D from Kansas State University in 2012.He is presently working as Assistant Professor in School of Hospitality Leadership, East Carolina University. He received Teacher of the Year Certificate for Excellence in Student Development, The Fairfield Inn, Manhattan, Kansas.He is currently member of, Southeast Chapter of International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education, International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE), Phi Kappa Phi and Eta Sigma Delta, International Hospitality Management Honor Society.
