Justin Taillon

Biography

Justin Taillon is an Assistant Professor in the College of Management and Economics at the University of Guelph near Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He worked for eight years in the hospitality industry prior to joining the academic ranks. He held positions ranging from intern with Starwood to Assistant General Manager with Hilton. His current research interests include socio-cultural sustainability, the impacts of technology on the hospitality workforce, hospitality and tourism education, and best practices in hospitality industry professional associations.
