Li Wen Xu

Biography

Li-Wen Xu was born in 1976. After his undergraduate studies at Anhui Normal University, he received his PhD degree in Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2004. From 2003 to 2009, he worked at Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (CAS) and Hangzhou Normal University as associated professor. He spent one year (2005-2006) as a postdoctoral fellow at the Université du Maine and CNRS. From 2007 to 2009, He was a research fellow at National University of Singapore, and was a JSPS fellow at The University of Tokyo. Now he is full professor at Key Laboratory of Organosilicon Chemistry and Material Technology of MOE, Hangzhou Normal University.

Research Interest

His current scientific interests are focused on chiral synthesis, asymmetric catalysis, green chemistry, and organosilicon chemistry. He contributed to nearly 100 scientific publications with a total H-index = 25.
