Dr. Lian Wu was trained as a clinical physician in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (QS ranking No. 70). Subsequently he gained PhD degree in Departments of Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Auckland (QS ranking No. 82). He has more than 20 years’ research and teaching experience in respiratory diseases and public health fields. Currently he is appointed as Concurrent Professor (Fudan University, QS ranking No. 51), Research Fellow (University of Auckland) and Research Champion (Unitec). So far, he has gained more than 3 million dollars’ research funds internationally, and has published 6 books and more than 20 SCI articles. He also serves as the Editorial Board Member of Translational Respiratory Medicine (Springer). His research mainly focuses on respiratory diseases, clinical nutrition, smoking cessation, health informatics, public health and health promotion.
