Liwei Cao obtained his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Dalian, China, where he worked on development of methods for N-linked glycopeptides/glycans enrichment. Currently, he is a research associate in James C. Paulson Lab in the Scripps Research Institute. His research is focused on characterization of site-specific glycosylation of HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein.
