Mao Chen

Biography

Dr. Chen Mao is an instructor in School of Public Health and Primary Care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Preventive Medicine (2005) and Master degree in Epidemiology and Statistics (2008) from Anhui Medical University. In 2011, he obtained his Doctor degree in Epidemiology and Statistics from Southern Medical University.
Dr. Chen Mao has strong experiences in systematic reviews and meta-analyses. To date, he has published about 20-30 systematic reviews related to the risk factors and personalized treatment of cancer. Dr. Chen Mao is also quite experienced in the research of predictive biomarkers in cancer treatment. Up to now, he has published some 10 systematic reviews in this field. Besides, he is good at lab work, especially the mutational analyses of predictive biomarkers for cancer treatment.
