Dr. Mehmet Ergul joined the SF State faculty in 2006. He holds his PhD in Hospitality Administration and MSc in Restaurant Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University, MBA from Baskent University, Ankara Turkey. He is teaching in Restaurant and Catering Management, Introduction to Hospitality Management, Food and Culture and International Tourism fields.
