Naciye Vardar-Yagli

Biography

She was graduated from the Hacettepe University School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2003. She was appointed as a research assistant in 2004. She has received Master of Sciences degree in 2007 from Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences Physical Therapy and Rehabilitaiton. She worked as research assistant rheumatological rehabilitation unit between . Currently, she is going on the working of philosophy of doctora program in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute of Health Sciences. She has been working in Hacettepe University Faculty of Health Science Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, clinical units. She is member of Turkish Physiotherapy Association and European Respiratory Society. She has succesfully completed her yoga instructor training in 2007. She has worked about yoga program in healthy women, children, patients with cancer, musculoskeletal disorder, and respiratory diseases. She is carrying on yoga program also body awareness and pilates exercises as a social support in patients with cancer and patients relative in Hacettepe University. She has some researches and projects about yoga and physical therapy. She has presented some coferences about children yoga and physical therapy. She is also study about doctora thesis which subject about yoga and cancer.

Cancer, exercise training, body awareness therapy, respiratory diseases, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
