Biography

She is a Dairy Microbiologist and have completed her research on effect of antibiotic on starter culture and also studied antimicrobial activity of lactic cultures. She had also done her doctoral degree in Probiotics . Currently she is studying the effect of prebiotics on probiotics she had authored 3 books and had more than 30 research publication. Currently she review many on line journals especially in the field of diary science and safety concerns. She also write short articles for online journals . She had employed as an Associate Professor in The TAMIL NADU VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY , India
