Characterisation of aberrations/mutations discovered during prenatal and postnatal diagnosis procedures. Field of mutagenicity/genotoxicology using short term tests (SCE, MN, CA, APT etc). Responsible for EU-project and head of interdepartmental collaborations in field of interests (see publications). Molecular investigation of genetic polymorphisms of enzymes engaged in detoxification. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) (microdeletion syndromes, precise characterisation and better interpretation of chromosomal aberrations and other types of FISH applications) with special interest on Y chromosome and it’s involvement in sex differentiation.
