Biography

Dr. Rafael did her AP/CP residency at North Shore LIJ – Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, NY, followed by Cytopathology fellowship at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine, Lake Success, NY, USA. She is a member of various pathological societies and serves on several editorial boards of pathology journals.

lung cancer, with emphasis on translation research and molecular testing.
