BSc in Agricultural Science, Mutah University, Jordan (1996-2000) MSc in Agricultural Science and Food Security, University of Hohnheim, Stuttgart, Germany (2005-2007) PhD in Animal Nutrition and Physiology, department of Animal Nutrition and Physiology, University of Kiel, Germany (2008-2011). 13 publications in: peer reviewed journals, international conferences, dairy reports. Reviewer in one peer reviewed journal ( International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition).
