Piercarlo Mustarelli

Piercarlo Mustarelli got his Master in Physics in 1983, and his PhD in Chemistry in 1992 at the University of Pavia, investigating the transport-structure relationships in disordered solids by means of MAS NMR. He worked for five years as a Researcher of Italian CNR. Then he joined University of Pavia as an Assistant Professor (1998-2001), and then as an Associate Professor (2001-now). He was visiting scientist at ONRI (Osaka, Japan) and at Warsaw Polytechnical School (Warsaw, Poland). He is the Director of the Thin Films and Biomaterials Laboratory of the University of Pavia. He authored or co-authored more than 150 papers on international per-reviewed journals, and gave more than 250 contributions to national and international conferences.
