Piyali Dasgupta is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology and Toxicology, Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Marshall University. Postdoctoral fellowships: College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, NY and the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa Florida. Selected to receive the ASPET-Astellas Award from the American Society of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, 2009. She is the only junior investigator selected nationally for this prestigious award. Over 20 peer-reviewed publications. Member of New York Academy of Sciences, American Association of Cancer Research and the American Society of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics.
