Q. Quentin Li is a research scientist at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, and was an assistant professor in the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Cell Biology, West Virginia University Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center. He was a guest professor/visiting professor for six reputed universities in China. He obtained an M.D. from China and worked as dermatologist at Sun Yat-Sen University School of Medicine. He also received his M.S. in Microbiology & Immunology and Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health. He served as principal investigator on several grants funded by the National Institutes of Health and a pharmaceutical company. He was elected to Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare, Who’s Who in Science and Engineering, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World in 2002 and 2003. He serves on the Editorial Board of 23 journals and is a reviewer for 53 scientific journals and a research & development foundation. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed research articles and reviews and presented more than 60 papers at national and international scientific meetings.
