Dr. Sameh S Ali has received his PhD in Spin Chemistry and Magnetic Effects from Tohoku University Japan during the period of 1994-1997. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Anesthesiology the University of California San Diego. He is also a member in the Institute of Engineering in Medicine in the University of California San Diego. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as a member in the organizing committees of international conferences on biomedical applications of nanotechnology.
