Dr. Renuse has completed his B.Sc. in Zoology from University of Pune, Pune, in 2005 and also M.Sc. in Zoology from University of Pune, Pune, India in 2007. He obtained his Ph.D. from Institute of Bioinformatics, Bangalore, India in 2016.
Development of novel methods for the enrichment and mass spectrometry analysis of protein post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation, O-GlcNAcylation, biotinylation etc., Utilization of high-throughput phosphoproteomics for cancer signaling, Development of MS-based targeted proteomics assays for candidate biomarkers.
