Shixin Liu

Biography

Shixin Liu is a postdoctoral research associate at Howard institute, University of California Berkeley. He received his PhD degree in Chemistry from Harvard University in 2009. He has completed his BS in Biology at University of Science and Technology, China. He received Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Student Abroad in 2008. He is a member of American Chemical Society and Biophysical Society.

Research Interest

Using single-molecule manipulation and detection tools to study the molecular mechanisms of complex biological processes.
