Dr. Smarajit Maiti earned his Ph.D. degree at Calcutta University, India (2002) and performed postdoc fellow in Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, USA (Jun 2001-Apr 2002 ) and performed postdoctoral research associate at the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, USA (Apr 2002-Nov2005) where he became a Associate Professor & Head, Department of Biochemistry Oriental Institute of Science and Technology, Vidyasagar University.
