Dr. Sonjoy Das is currently a faculty member of the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE), University at Bualo (UB), NY, USA. Prior to joining MAE/UB, he worked as a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, USA. Before joining MIT, he was a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, USA. Prior to joining USC as a postdoctoral research associate, he obtained his PhD from the same university in 2008. He has two master degrees { one from the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics, The Johns Hopkins University, USA (2007) and the other from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India (2001). He has more than 10 journal, conference proceedings and book chapter publications. He has been invited to present his works in international conferences and workshops, and presented his works in numerous other in- ternational conferences and workshops. He also serves as peer reviewers for internationally respected journals and conference proceedings.
