W. Martin Kast is Professor of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urology at the Keck School of Medicine. He received his BS in Medical Biology from University of Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1980 and MS in Medical Biology in 1983 and PhD in Medicine from University of Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1987. He received "Eminent Scientist of the year" award in 2010.
