Xiang Qing Yu

Biography

Dr. Xiang-Qing Yu is currently a Scientific Fellow of Pharmacokinetics at Department of DMPK, Toxicology and Pathology, Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He earned his M.D. from Jiangxi Medical College and Ph.D. from University of Oslo Medical Faculty. Dr. Yu has been working in pharmaceutical industry for 11 years. His current focus is the application of PK and PK/PD modeling and simulation in drug discovery and development. Dr. Yu has published over 20 articles and abstracts in peer reviewed journals. He is a member of American College of Clinical Pharmacology, American Society for Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, and American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
