Biography

Ye Xing, Ph.D, Professor, Director of the biotech lab of Pearl River Fisheries Institute, Chinese Academy of Fisheries Science. Doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Ocean University and Southwest University, China.

Research Interest

Engaged in Aquaculture research since graduated from Zhanjiang Fisheries College. Major research direction is in application of molecular biology to fisheries research, including investigation of functional genes of fishes and shrimps, construction of transgene fish and engineering vaccine, and molecular markers assistant selection.
