Yongjun Sui is a scientist of Vaccine Brach National Institute of Cancer National Institute of Health NIH. She received her PhD from Beijing Institute of Basic Medical Sciences 1998. After postdoctoral trainings at Kansas University Medical Center and University of Pittsburgh she joined NIH in 2008. She has over 26 scientific publications and is a reviewer for Experimental Hematology.
To understand the immunological mechanisms of the vaccine efficacy and protection, and their application to the design of vaccines for AIDS.
To study the pathogenesis of human and simian immunodeficiency virus, virus-cell interactions.
To identify novel molecular adjuvant, new technologies which induce and/or enhance systemic as well as mucosal immunity.
