Yunzhi PeterYang PhD is an assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He received both his PhD and his BS from Sichuan University in China and completed his postdoctoral work at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dr Yangs research has been funded by NIH DOD nonprofit foundation and industry He has served on 2 journal editorial boards and served as adhoc reviewer for 21 journals.
Dr. Yang is interested in developing bio-inspired approaches for biomaterial design and fabrication, bone regeneration, implant devices and cancer treatment.
