Editorial Note - (2020)Volume 10, Issue 4
I am pleased to mention that during the year 2019, all issues of Ergonomics, volume 9 were published online well within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online. The objective of JER is to publish up-to-date, high-quality, and original research papers alongside relevant and insightful reviews.
As such, the journal aspires to be vibrant, engaging, and accessible, and at the same time integrative and challenging. Each issue of the journal contains different types of papers.
During the year 2019, the Journal has released nearly 22 articles. And this year also, we are able to release quality articles with tremendous support active Editorial Panel and Reviewers.
Ergonomics is emerging as an important field of science. It works to understand and adapt to people s physical and mental limitations in the workplace.
Journal of Ergonomics always wants to be on the forefront when it comes to sharing the current research. We’d be truly gratified if you could share your exploration as a Research article, Review article, Case report, Short communication, Conference proceeding on the following topics:
Occupational health, Musculoskeletal disorders, Driver safety, Anthropometry, Biomechanics, Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, Industrial design, Information design, Kinesiology, Physiology, Psychology, Working ergonomics, Applied Ergonomics, Dental Ergonomics, Sound Ergonomics, etc.
I take this opportunity to acknowledge the contribution of Dr. In- Ju Kim, Dr. Rabiul Ahasan, Dr. Jeff Hiserman, Dr. Luis Miguel Munoz, Dr. Philip G Fatolitis, Dr. D J Clements-Croome, Dr. Lu Xiaoshu, Dr. Thaneswer Patel, etc. during the final editing of articles published and the support rendered by the editorial assistant, in bringing out issues of JER in time. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, the publisher, the advisory and the editorial board of JER, the office bearers and staff for their support in bringing out yet another volume of JER and look forward to their unrelenting support to bring out the Volume 10 of JER in scheduled time.
