As sleep plays a important role in physical, mental, and emotional well-being, understanding the relationship between insomnia and quality of life is essential for optimizing treatment outcomes and improving overall health. In this article, we delve into the findings of a validation study exploring the intricate interplay between insomnia and quality of life.
