This article explores some of the future trends in insomnia treatment, highlighting the potential for improved outcomes and quality of life for those affected.

One of the most favourable trends in insomnia treatment is the shift towards personalized medicine. Traditional approaches often adopt a one-size-fits-all methodology; however, emerging research emphasizes the need to make treatments to individual needs.
