Advances in science and technology and the rapid development of the Internet have made visual communication design full of extraordinary service and passion for new science and technology civilizations. This study focuses primarily on visual communication design under 5G technologies. For 5th generation (5G) mobile communication technology, its all-new network architecture design can provide 10-20 times higher peak rates than 4G, millisecond-level network transmission delays, and 100 billion device-level network connectivity increases. It will open a new era of inclusive interconnection of everything and profound human-computer interaction for human society. This paper begins with the relationship between visual communication and various media to prove that the development of mobile media is necessary, especially in terms of environmental, visual expression and design style innovation. We are trying to analyze the changes that mobile media development has brought to visual communication design at this stage, anticipate visual communication development trends, and point out that the development of 5G communication technology will revolutionize the design industry. As a design researcher, they need to be aware of the impact of technological changes on the design field. By researching proper design methods, visual communication applications on mobile media can be better realized under the conditions of 5G technology. In this article, we will analyze the reasons for the rise of 5G technologies, its characteristics and its advantages in communication, starting from the background of the evolution and development of media. At the same time, we will analyze in detail the meanings and fields related to visual communication design and outline the promotion and impact of media technology improve. It focuses on the development of 5G technology and the analysis of new ideas brought about by visual communication design. This article also shows the origins of the study 58.1% of analyst are happy with the impact of 5G technology on visual communication. Visual design, interaction design, and usability design are all essential elements of interface design. When designing, they interact with each other rather than being designed separately from each other. When there is a race one of the designs, the effects of the other two designs are combined, and each change should affect the other two designs. For example, when deciding on the visual representation of a user interface, interaction design and usability aspects need to be considered. They can see that the interface design process is a comprehensive design process. This paper will help drive the development of future visual communication designs. With 5G and the huge market potential of value-added mobile services, value-added mobile services make high-speed data services the core of development and represent a series of continuing interactions with market requirements. It comprehensively covers new business applications for mobile communications networks, the Internet, radio and television networks, other information distribution channels, and terminals. Compared to 4G communication technology, 5G is arguably a major innovation and a revolutionary change in the mobile industry. The large-scale commercial deployment of 4G technology has helped drive the transition from telecommunications services to personal applications. Massive commercial use of 5G technology can strengthen the industry and enable and advance the development of industrial applications. Such innovations and breakthroughs must be supported and protected by legally protected patents. New media technology is advancing day by day, socio-economy continues to develop, the emergence and innovation of new technology is driving the development of art design and we are paying attention to reality and looking forward to the future. The changing times also mean that design has different definitions and shapes in different ways and has visual communication design in different areas. Visual communication design is the design of expression and transmission of information through visual media.
