Following 24 hours, the 4C subsample was aliquoted at room temperature into 20 cryovials each with 0.2 grams homogenized material and frozen at - 80ºC until sequencing. The frozen subsample was defrosted at 4ºC for 24 hours and afterward aliquoted at room temperature into 20 cryovials each with 0.2 grams homogenized material and frozen at - 80ºC until sequencing.
