However, in our fast-paced modern society, many individuals find themselves sacrificing sleep to meet the demands of work, social obligations, and personal pursuits. This chronic sleep deprivation often manifests as daytime sleepiness, a condition that can have far-reaching consequences on various aspects of our lives. This article explores the multifaceted impact of sleep deprivation and its daytime consequences, shedding light on the importance of prioritizing healthy sleep habits.

Cognitive impairment
