Orthopaedic surgeons use arthroscopy to examine, identify, and treat conditions inside a joint. A small device called an arthroscope is inserted into the shoulder joint by the surgeon during shoulder arthroscopy. The surgeon can do arthroscopic surgery with much smaller incisions than they would need to perform regular, open surgery because the arthroscope and surgical equipment are narrow. Patients have less discomfort as a result, and it takes less time for them to recover and continue their favourite activities. Shoulder arthroscopies have been carried surgically by Diagnoses, treatments, and postoperative recovery has become simpler and quicker than previously assumed. New tools and techniques are created, that leading to advancements in shoulder arthroscopy. Surgery called shoulder arthroscopy is used to identify and address shoulder issues. Through little incisions, the healthcare expert will mend the shoulder. An outpatient treatment, shoulder arthroscopy allows returning home from the same day. Exercise and physical therapy can aid in the healing process, even if a full recovery may take several weeks or months. The surgeon may do one or more of these procedures during the operation. Rotator cuff repair

A rotator cuff repair is one of the most frequent shoulder surgeries. The shoulder operations performed nowadays is a rotator cuff repair. It is utilised to locate the rotator cuff damage, clean the torn or wounded tendons, and then re-join them. The arm bone is kept centred in the shoulder socket by four tendons that surround the shoulder capsule. The rotator cuff is the name given to this thick tendon tissue. The cuff secures the humerus to shoulder blade and covers its head.

It occurs when the rotator cuff tendons of the shoulder become tangled and compressed while you move, harming the tendons and bursa (cushions) in the joint region. Rubbing causes edoema to increase and the area to become more congested, which causes pain and irritation.
