Hypervitaminosis

Hypovitaminosis is also known as Vitamin D and it determines below normal level of vitamin D. The people who have inadequate sunlight exposure particularly with ultraviolet B rays leads to common deficiency and it is caused by unusual nutritional intake of vitamin D. It can affect men and women across the lifespan, and also affects mineral metabolism and numerous other physiologic functions. Without adequate levels of vitamin D, patients are at risk for liver, kidney, and hereditary disorders. It can also increase osteomalacia and osteoporosis in adults, leading to risk of bone fractures. Ultraviolet B rays from sunlight is rich source of vitamin D. Fatty fish such as salmon, herring, and mackerel are also sources of vitamin D as are mushrooms. Milk is regularly strengthened with nutrient D and at times bread, juices, and other dairy items are sustained with nutrient D too. Numerous multivitamins presently contain nutrient D in various amounts.
