The 4 aims of nursing interrelate by the nurse using: Cognitive, technical, interpersonal, ethical/legal abilities or skills.Depending upon your level of dedication, a nursing degree can take the following time to complete: Associate's degree programs, which provide entry-level opportunities, usually take two years. A bachelor's degree program takes four years. A bachelor's degree with direct entry typically takes three years.

Setting a SMART goal is a method of goal setting that allows one to achieve practical results in a timely manner. The acronym SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely.
