Phyllodes Tumor (PT) is an exceptionally rare breast neoplasm representing less than 0.5 % of all primary tumors. It occurs in a 40 to 45 years old young woman, although a broad age range exists. Tumor size is variable and axillary lymph nodes are uncommonly involved. PT has a whorled pattern with visible cracks, fissures, hemorrhages and necrosis may occur in large neoplasm. The name Phyllodes which is taken from the Greek language and means leaf like refers to the fact that the tumors cells grow quickly, but they rarely spread outside the breast. The biphasic nature involves a benign epithelial neoplasm component and an abnormally cellular stromal mesenchymal component. There are classified as low (benign), borderline and high (malignant) tumor grade. All of them tend to grow quickly and they require surgery to reduce the Local Recurrence (LR) in the breast. The present case shows that the synchronicity between a large breast Phyllodes tumor and a fibroids pelvic mass can exist. The damage association came a young patient to emergency room with a severe seizure crises, unconscious, hypoglycemia and hypovolemic shock. She got a large ulcerated, bleeding breast tumor, vaginal hemorrhage discharge and pelvic mass. Our aim is describing her medical assistance, diagnoses, treatment and follow-up to guide us about both pathologies.
