Allergic diseases remain as medical as aesthetic problem. Immunological mechanisms of such pathology can be as IgE-, as nonIgE-dependent, including cell-dependent. Recent studies have shown systemic changes in the immune cells activity in patients with skin allergic diseases. On the other hand some evidences of the systemic immune changes influence on gutassociated lymphoid tissue which is the key player in the immune defense of the intestinal tract were presented. Use of probiotics in the treatment and prophylaxis of the skin allergic diseases remains object of the scientific researches as mechanisms are still unclear. Further studies of the toll-like receptors family as one of the pattern-recognition receptors which thought to be crucial for dendritic cells activity and the way of their expression modeling can give insight in the ways of the systemic reactions shaping. This can give understanding of the possible additional correction approaches to the course of the skin allergic diseases control. olgapakholchuk@gmail.com
