Dental-discoloration is a frequent finding associated with clinical and esthetic tribulations. It presents the dentalteam with two-major challenges; the first is to ascertain the cause of the stain; whereas the second is its management. It’s well-known that during the past-decade, demand for esthetic-dentistry has grown dramatically. This presentation will illustrate steps in comprehensive dental-therapy with emphasizes on managing dental-discolorations. Fortunately all pre-set aesthetic and functional -objectives have been achieved with in the five months’ time frame, with high patient satisfaction and appreciation to the results rendered. In conclusion dental-discoloration is a common dental presentation that requires drastic intervention with ample knowledge and clinical skills.A 45-year old Saudi female suffering from distinct discolored and missing teeth, multiple defected restorations and substandard endodontic therapy presented to the clinic in quest of complex dental- treatment chiefly focusing on eliminating discoloration while restoring esthetics and function.
