Special method was developed to obtain nano samples of green tea extract (GTE) and other plant materials. The method included extraction of green tea leaves (or other plant material) with hot water (700 C), filtration through paper filter, adding 50% alcohol (v/v); centrifugation of the alcohol extract at 5000 g for 10 min. Supernatant is concentrated under vacuum before total evaporation of alcohol. Such obtained water extract of green tea was filtered under vacuum through an ultra filters with a sizes of pores of 0.45 microns. The filtered extract was spray dried. The dry powders of nano extracts were fully soluble in cold water. Particle sizes under electronic microscope were between 10-45 nanometers. Nano samples of composite of green tea extract (90%) and red wine lees (RW) (10 %), GTE + lemon peels extract, GTE +RW+ lemon peels extract were obtained. Chemical compositions of the extracts were determined. High antioxidant activities of the extracts were shown. It was also studied the antitumor activity of Nano GTE, NanoGTE +RW and NanoGTE and Nano GTE+RW with antineoplastic agents - inhibitors of polyamines metabolism - difluormethylornithine (DFMO) and methilglioxsal (bis) guanilhidrazone (MGBG) on the leucosis P388 in experimental mice. Nano GTE and nano GTE+RW given to animals with drinking water (0.1% solution) revealed that the studied agents affect the development of lymphocytic leukemia P-388 in animals.
