Because mankind begins with the development of the child in the mother�s uterus, early pregnancy care should be the rule. The focus of early pregnancy involves the diagnosis of pregnancy during the critical period of organogenesis where health professionals and the family can effectively influence to develop healthy behaviors that provide security, confidence and health of the developing child. By simultaneously examining both the father and the mother, the obstetrician is performing primary health care and preventing disease through early diagnosis and encouraging active participation of the father and family members as a health team in order to care the health of the mother and child during its intrauterine development. While promoting family unity and strengthening healthy behaviors in the family, encouraging the development of healthy thoughts and behaviors, the physician becomes the main promoter of human health.
