The wound healing activity was studied using a partial thickness burn wound model in rats. Among all formulation polyherbal gel showed the higher percentage of wound healing contraction 87.05% which comparable with marketed Silvaleb cream 88.83%. Thus study showed that polyherbal gel had better wound healing potential as compared to individual gel and comparable with marketed preparation.
