Abstract :

USA FDA FSMA Preventive Controls and FSVP for business exporting products to USA FSMA Preventive Control and FSVP have been implemented for over a year, many businesses outside the United States are started getting audited by USA FDA. In this presentation, FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) requirements for facilities outside USA will be discussed, how to comply with USA FSMA requirements. The learning objectives for the audience will be: 1. Understanding whatâ??s required under FSMA. 2. understanding whatâ??s FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program). 3. how to prepare FDA audit? 4. how to prepare food safety program complying FSMA? 5. tips and lesson learned from FDA audits. The presentation, will help the audience familiarize with the FSMA requirements and prepare safety program for products to be exported to USA.
