Herbal cosmetics have growing demand in global market & is gift of nature. Herbal formulations always have never ending demand because of their good activity & less side effect as compared to synthetic drugs. Aging of the skin is the result of continuous "wear and tear" processes. Chronological skin aging is a universal and inevitable process, while in contrast, photoaging results from the UV rays of sunlight, and the damage becomes apparent in sun-exposed skin. Hence current research is focused on preparation of innovative herbal formulation which is found to be best for skin wrinkling. The formulation is evaluated for safety and efficacy. As gels are more effective due to fastest absorption than cream, it is formulated by using synthetic or natural polymers. This formulation consist of folklore plant extract such as manjishtha, tulsi, tamarind, tea tree oil etc. selected as per their availability, they were found to be better. Various physicochemical and other evaluation parameters were performed to check its efficacy & safety and results are interpreted & hence, found to be significant. The prepared formulation shows best results, but their isolation may give better understanding with respect to desired action.
