Abstract :

The term hologram has been widely used in different areas of life and refers to both wave front reconstruction and the creation of an image. However, the use of hologram techniques in medicine is considered limited. Patients who had received breast augmentation operations were included in this study. A 3D Vectra device was used to create a 3D design and for planning. 3D images of patients were created with 3D a Vectra device, the high quality preoperative and postoperative hologram images of patients were created. All patients who had received breast augmentation using the hologram technique (100%) were reportedly highly satisfied. There was no need for reoperation. As for the advantages of 3D surgical planning and hologram imaging, these techniques will play an important role in the future of plastic surgery procedures. They are important technological tools that will enable the creating of a virtual surgery plan as close as possible to reality. Further studies are needed to confirm our results.
