Polypores (Agaricomyctes, Polyporales), are characterized by perennial to rarely annual, effused-rflexed to pileate, woody basidiocarps; smooth to scrupose abhymenial surface; poroid hymenial surface with smaller, angular to round pores; 2-4 spored basidia and smooth, inamyloid to amyloid basidiospores. In the present paper an account of ten taxa Dichomitus affixus (Corner) T. Hatt., D. compestris (Quél.) Domanski & Orlicz, Donkiopora expansa (Desm.) Kotl. & Pouzar, Ganoderma ungulatum J.D. Zhao & X.Q. Zhang, Perenniporia adnata Corner, Pilatoporus bondartsevae (Spirin) Spirin, Polyporus efbulatus (A.M. Ainsw. & Ryvarden) Melo & Ryvarden, Sistotrema alboluteum (Bourdot & Galzin), Tyromyces amazonicus and Trichaptum perrottetii (Lév.) Ryvarden) comprising 9 genera, 5 families and 3 orders, of Polyporales based on the collections made from different localities of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir during the monsoon months of the years 2016-19 has been given.
