Statement of the Problem: several studies have been done before on the association between increasing metabolic and hormonal disorders among women such as obesity and ovarian cancer risk resulting in Conflicting data. Thus, The main aim of this Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis was to update the current knowledge on the association between different anthropometric measures of obesity and ovarian cancer. Methodology & Theoretical Orientation: The search strategy in this meta-analysis was accomplished by searching electronic databases (PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Embase, and Web of Sciences) on June 4, 2022. The quality of the final evidence was evaluated using JBI critical appraisal Checklist for Casecontrol and cohort studies. Findings: Among 3,510 relevant citations, 45 observational articles were entered into the metaanalysis. The pooled relative risk for BMI>25 kg/m2 (overweight/obesity) compared with BMI.
