Abstract :

Objective: How to score an adenocarcinoma of the prostate according to Gleason‘s score, and to grade it. Also, there is difference between the biopsy and prostatectomy in Gleason score and grade.

Methodology: In the work, author used all cases of the last three years of adenocarcinoma‘s prostate (biopsy and prostatectomy). And the work was concentrated about cases where it was difficult to differentiate between Gleason's scores requiring sometimes an immunohistochemistry, and an MCM (multidisciplinary concentrated meeting), to make a final decision and a certainty diagnosis.

Results: The diagnosis of a prostate’s adenocarcinoma is easy to appreciate, but the variant score and grade also have to be correct for the differentiation and sure for an effective therapy. The only criterion that Gleason’s score depends is the architecture.
