Abortion is defined as is the natural death of an embryo or fetus before it is able to survive independently. Pregnancy may
be affected by several factors that may lead to loss of the pregnancy and it may be multifactorial. In this study we are
planning to study the effect of few factors on the rate of different types of abortion in Baljurashi General Hospital. This is a six
months prospective study aiming to study the rate of different types of abortion in Baljurashi General Hospital. This study was
ethically approved by Al-baha University and Baljurashi General Hospital Ethical Committees. Outcomes include age, blood
group, occupation, education, history of previous abortion, medications during pregnancy, socioeconomic status and presence
of medical diseases.
