Abstract :

When it comes to this era we know how fast technology has moved in last decades in our field and it keeps bettering every day. Technology today has become integral part of our day to day life. Upcoming revolutionary technologies like like IoT or “Internet of Things” alarm systems, Timelapse, etc are redefining the world. Another sprawling technology is Artificial intelligence (AI). It is defined as the machine’s ability to learn and exert intelligent behaviour. Now when it comes to our field, though infertility affect a significant proportion of humanity around the globe still the current method for an effective stimulation, Oocyte or embryo selection is mainly based on assessment conducted in IVF laboratory. Yes, Doctors and Embryologist around the globe are doing this wonderfully well but the assessment remains largely subjective with substantial inter-observer variability amongst doctors and embryologists. This is where AI can standardize conventional methods which can be time consuming task and inevitably may have a direct impact on the probability of IVF success. With technology moving at a rapid pace lets just have a look at new technologies which are redefining our specialized field.
