The present study aimed at investigating the moderating role of perceived supervisory safety practices in relationship between organizational attitudes and safety performance among doctors (N=378). Psychological empowerment and organizational identification are specifically taken as the organizational attitudes in the current study. The data of the present study is collected from government hospitals of Rawalpindi (n=270) and Islamabad (n=108). The instruments used in the present study are Psychological Empowerment Scale, Organizational Identification Scale, Perceived Supervisor Safety Practices Scale, Use of Personal Protective Equipment Scale and Safety Participation Scale. The findings of the current study revealed significant positive relationship between organizational attitudes (psychological empowerment and organizational identification) and safety performance i.e., use of personal protective equipment and safety participation. Perceived supervisory safety practices strengthened the existing relationship between organizational attitudes and safety performance. Findings are shown through Mod Graphs along with the tabular representation. The significance, limitations and suggestions are also mentioned for the future researchers.
